What is the Cancellation Policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services, we appreciate your consideration to call/text and notify us if rescheduling needs to be made. “No Shows” or any cancellation/reschedule notice given after the 24 hour mark will be responsible for 50% of cost of the appointment.
What Happens if I am Late to my Appointment?
We understand things happen so we do offer a 10 minute grace period. Please call and notify us of any delays and we will try our best to honor your appointment. However, if we are not able to accommodate, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will apply.
Do you allow kids?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your kids just please keep in consideration we are not responsible for accidents.
Is there Parking?
We have a full parking lot located in the back of the building. There is also street parking on the side if needed.
What is your Age Policy?
Anyone under the age of 18 needs to have a parent/guardian consent form filled out prior to any services.
What Do I Wear?
Wear whatever you would like! Comfort is key to get the best experience. For facial services, our service provider will step out of the room and provide you with a robe to change into.
